About the client

Primrose Schools is a nationally recognized franchise specializing in early education and care for children ages infant through kindergarten. Over the past 30 years, the franchise has expanded to more than 30 states. 

 

The challenge

Primrose Schools needed to update its operating system, which is used by franchise owners, staff, and parents. The new web-based system was a large leap forward from their previous desktop system, and consolidated multiple operations on a single platform that is easily accessible online and through mobile devices.. Since it was so different from the previous system, Primrose wanted to generate excitement among its franchise owners to make the experience a welcome change rather than an intimidating conversion.

The solution

MTechProMedia created an introductory video for the new My Primrose Manager system aimed at easing concerns among franchise owners. By focusing on the flexibility of the system, and the warm response from parents and other franchise owners in testing groups, we emphasized that My Primrose Manager would help franchisees maintain their reputation for service excellence. The video also explored the extensive thought and research Primrose Schools put into developing the system, and the process of selecting the new system from eight candidate developers.
